Validate an active organization custom domain

Internal service endpoint that validates whether the supplied host belongs to an active organization tenant. Authentication uses the x-service-token header and a successful validation returns no body.

The request host is missing or is not a canonical public hostname.

x-service-token is missing or does not match an authorized service.

No active organization tenant owns the supplied custom domain.
