Provision a complete tenant setup
POST/v1/registration/tenant-setups
Creates a tenant and optionally provisions its initial units, users and role assignments in one administrative workflow. Cross-references use the ref fields supplied in the request.

A requested tenant, unit or user conflicts with an existing active resource.
An unexpected internal error occurred.
