Create report
POST/v1/reports
The endpoint lets an authorized actor create report. Report mutations enforce ownership, clinical status transitions, signature rules, and exam consistency. It returns the resulting public representation.

The bearer token is missing, invalid, or expired. Authenticate again before retrying the operation.
