Change modality
PATCH/v1/exams/:id/modality
The endpoint lets an authorized actor change modality. Each endpoint changes one explicit exam attribute and records the resulting clinical workflow state. It returns the resulting public representation.

The bearer token is missing, invalid, or expired. Authenticate again before retrying the operation.
